Promoter: 1iT Pty Ltd t/a OneIT Custom Business Software, address 281 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008, Australia (“OneIT”, “Promoter”).

Program Name: OneIT Digital Acceleration Grant (the “Grant Program” or “Promotion”).

Nature of Promotion – Game of Skill, Not a Lottery: This Promotion is a judged grant program. No element of chance is used to allocate any prize. Entries are assessed on merit (proposed innovation and business impact) and may include a limited engagement component measured via official share actions.

Promotion Period: Opens when announced and closes at 31 October 2025 at 6pm AWST. A judging period follows, with winners targeted to be announced within 5 business days of closing.

Eligibility: Open to individuals acting for or on behalf of an Australian business or organisation (including Not-for-Profits) and sole traders/micro-businesses. Entrants must be 18+ years. Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter (and agencies directly administering the Promotion) are ineligible.

How to Enter: Complete the online application form during the Promotion Period with contact and organisation details, a short project summary, intended outcomes/impact, readiness, and any optional links (e.g., short video). Information provided must be accurate and complete.

No Purchase Necessary: No payment or purchase is required to enter. No additional communication costs will be charged for participation.

Judging & Criteria: Winners are selected by a panel appointed by OneIT that includes at least one external judge. Assessment typically considers: Innovation & feasibility (30%), Expected business/community impact (50%), and Engagement quality via official share actions (20%). Engagement may support judging but does not override merit.

Official Share Actions & Referrals: After submitting an entry, participants may access official share buttons and a unique invite link. Judges may consider public comments, reposts, original posts/videos, and qualified referrals (someone who enters via your unique link). Participants may be asked to provide URLs for verification; inauthentic or unverifiable activity may be discounted.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: Up to $50,000 (excl. GST) in OneIT services (scoping, software, hosting) delivered under a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
Referrer Prize: Up to $35,000 (excl. GST) OneIT services credit to the eligible participant whose unique invite link is recorded as the source of the Grand Prize winner’s initial entry.

Prize Conditions: Prizes are in-kind services only; no cash alternative; not transferable. Unused credits lapse 12 months after award unless agreed in writing. Prizes exclude third-party licences, hardware, travel and other out-of-pocket costs unless stated in the SOW. Prize work must commence within 2 months of award, subject to reasonable scheduling.

Referrer Attribution: The referrer is the participant whose unique invite link is recorded by the campaign system as the source of the winner’s initial submitted entry. The Promoter may correct attribution in cases of fraud, error or clear mis-attribution based on system logs.

Winner Notification & Publication: Winners will be notified by e-mail (and/or phone) using details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or is ineligible, the prize may be awarded to the next highest-scoring eligible entrant (or next eligible referrer for the Referrer Prize). Winners may be announced on the Promoter’s website and social channels after verification.

Publicity & Content Use: By accepting a prize, winners agree to reasonable publicity and to participate in a short recorded call or video. Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted content (including name, organisation and logo) for administering the Promotion, judging, announcing results and reasonable promotional use, subject to Privacy terms.

Participant Conduct: Entrants must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Misrepresentation, spam, harassment, automated/bot activity, purchased engagement, infringing or offensive content, or attempts to subvert mechanics may result in disqualification. The Promoter may suspend, audit or invalidate entries suspected of fraud or inaccuracy, including duplicates.

Platform Independence: The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google/YouTube. Participants release those platforms from any claim arising out of participation.

Taxes & Advice: Prizes may have tax implications for recipients. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from acceptance. The Promoter does not provide tax advice; seek your own advice.

Privacy & Marketing: Personal information is collected to administer the Promotion, judge entries, contact entrants, announce winners and deliver prizes, and will be handled per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you opt-in to marketing, you may receive marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).

General Conditions: All public statements about the Promotion must be fair and not misleading. The Promoter may reasonably modify dates, mechanics or prizes (without reducing the total value of the main prizes) if required for security, technical or regulatory reasons, or where events beyond control make it necessary. If the Promotion cannot run as planned, it may be cancelled or suspended. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
